Shipping Information
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
- United States: usually 7–15 business days after processing. Some items ship from US warehouses and arrive faster (3–7 business days).
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak holiday seasons can add extra time.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Tracking your order
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show movement after the label is created.
Multiple packages
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of purchase, or tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days, email us at hello@firstfruits.shop and we’ll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but email us right away and we’ll do our best to help.
