1. Overview
This website, firstfruits.shop, is operated by First Fruits Shop. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products and process payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. However:
- Colors may look different depending on your screen.
- Measurements on size charts are approximate and may vary by about 1 inch (2–3 cm).
- Many of our styles run small. Please check the size chart and our Size Guide before ordering.
We don't guarantee that product descriptions, photos or other content are completely error free. If a product isn't as described, your remedy is to return it under our Refund Policy.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If an item was listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Payment is due at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
- You're responsible for any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
5. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.
- We may limit quantities per person, household or order.
- Your order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when it ships.
6. Shipping and delivery
Our products are shipped by our fulfillment partners, and some items may ship from overseas warehouses. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our **Shipping Policy**. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is handed to the carrier, but we'll still help you if a package is lost or arrives damaged, as described in our policies.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our **Refund Policy**, which is part of these Terms.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at hello@firstfruits.shop. We'll work to make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay a resolution, and we may dispute chargebacks that don't follow our Refund Policy.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
- Try to hack, disrupt or overload the site
- Copy, scrape or resell our content or products without permission
- Submit false information or impersonate anyone
We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site that we created, including text, our logo and store design, belongs to First Fruits Shop or our licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.
12. Reviews and comments
If you submit reviews, photos or comments, you give us permission to display and use them on our site and social media. Don't post anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
13. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites (for example, carrier tracking pages). We're not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Disclaimer
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, First Fruits Shop and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to hold First Fruits Shop and its owners harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
